Our Growouts

Growouts are rabbits we are letting grow out (grow up) a bit to see if they mature how we expect or if they mature better than another one. They may eventually be available, so keep an eye for them to move either to our available rabbit pages or our keeper pages!

DRFI - Harlequin Blue Magpie Jr

  • Nice face split

  • Ears alternate with each other and face (2 part front)

  • Has a chest split

  • Nice body bands on one side, fair on the other

  • Gorgeous body type! Growing him out to see if I like him better than his half brother, but he may be available!

Dichrome's Sherlock Homes

  • Nice topline
  • Good depth of body and fullness to table
  • Beautiful face split
  • Vaguely has a chest split
  • Messy body bands

Sherlock is currently on our keeper's page, but he may end up being out-competed in quality by DRFI. So he may be available in the future. He is still young, so we will see how both mature!

  • Lovely ear alternation
  • Clean face split, though not as straight as I would like
  • Chest split is a little messy but is there
  • Lovely bands on one side, a bit messy on the other
  • Alternates all four legs

  • Ears vaguely alternate with each other but not with face
  • No chest split
  • Decent body bands
  • Decent body type

  • Clean markings
  • Alternates hind legs

  • All front markings on the same side
  • But those body bands are gorgeous!
  • All four legs at least attempt to alternate

This little gal may be staying to be Emily's replacement. Hopefully she produces as nicely as her dam!

  • Chest split carries down leg
  • Front legs alternate, back legs alternate, but not all four alternating
  • No ear alternation
  • Clean markings, but needs more on the one side
  • Fairly straight hocks

DRHYDRA - Silver Marten Sable Jr Doe

Titan x Haunt

  • Nice depth from loin to hindquarter
  • Bit late start/low at shoulder
  • Full to the table

Growing her out, but she will likely be staying, as she is the only sable doe we have at the moment. We are trying to improve our sables to the same level as our blacks.
